STATE: Voluntary blood donation has now taken the form of a mass movement in the state. People of Tripura, various organizations, clubs, and organizations are coming forward to donate blood in the festive mood on the invitation of the state government. A good mindset towards blood donation is developing across the state. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this while inaugurating the blood donation camp organized by the Tripura Civil Service Officers Association today.

On the occasion, Chief Minister Professor (Dr.) Manik Saha also said that blood donation is a great donation. TCS officers work continuously as a key part of the state administrative infrastructure. TCS officers play an important role in delivering various welfare-oriented schemes of the state and central government to the people.

On the occasion, the Chief Minister applauded the initiative of the TCS Officers Association’s Mega Blood Donation Camp and said that through blood donation, the spirit of brotherhood is inculcated in society. One person can save the lives of four dementia patients by donating blood. The way the blood donation festival is being organized in the state will solve the problem of blood in the state. However, the supply and demand of blood must be taken care of.

The Chief Minister also said that the present government of the state has given priority to providing better health services to the people of the state. Similar to Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana, Chief Minister Jan Aarogya Yojana has been launched in the state.
