
Bringing pride to Tripura, IAS officer Aditi Majumder has secured the top rank in the written examination held during the 127th Induction Training Programme at the esteemed Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie.
Her outstanding academic performance was recognized in a formal ceremony on June 12, 2025, at LBSNAA’s Vivekananda Hall, where she was presented with the ‘Best Performer in Written Examination’ award by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha.
In addition to her success, Ms. Majumder also contributed significantly to her team’s achievements. Her group—Group 1—was declared the Best Performing Group and was similarly acknowledged with a certificate of appreciation during the same ceremony.
The 127th Induction Training Programme featured 97 officers from 19 states, undergoing an intensive six-week course focused on strengthening administrative abilities, leadership skills, and ethical governance.
From Tripura, several other officers participated in this prestigious programme, including Ajit Sukladas, Devananda Reang, Santosh Das, Dhanbabu Reang, Dasarath Debbarma, Mihir Kanti Gope, and Upendra Jamatia. Their presence reflects Tripura’s growing prominence in India’s administrative landscape.
Ms. Majumder’s remarkable accomplishment has not only brought honour to her home state but also serves as a powerful motivation for aspiring civil servants from Tripura. Excelling at LBSNAA, known for its rigorous training, marks a significant achievement in an IAS officer’s career.
