STATE: The Tipra Motha party has called a bandh on September 30 for 12 hours in the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) area for their constitutional solution.

It was informed by former Tipra Motha chairman Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarman by organizing a press conference on Saturday.

“We are demanding our constitutional rights but we are not against any other community. We strongly believe that Tripura can’t progress without the development of its indigenous population,” Pradyot Bikram Manikya said.

On the other hand, Royal Scion Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarman posted on X (formerly Twitter) that “The question is simple do we give up or remind the government of India that the native people of our land need justice! If u feel we need justice for our survival and existence then unite and speak up so that government of India notices our condition, if u feel otherwise and give up then I feel sad for your children and their future.”
