The curtains have fallen on a remarkable music event, “The Band Concert – Play for a Cause,” leaving behind a trail of beautiful melodies and a profound impact on the community. The event was held at Nazrul Kalakshetra on 29th July 2023, this captivating concert surpassed all expectations and demonstrated the incredible power of music to inspire change.

The evening came alive with soul-stirring performances by a lineup of exceptional musicians which includes “KOLOMA“, ” DABANOL“, “PLACID DREAMS“, “ AGRAGAMI“, “FRANKY“, and “HIMAN AND THE BAND” who enthralled the audience with their talent and passion. Also, our guest speakers were Dr. Kishalay Baidya, Radio oncologist, CBCC-ILS Tripura, RJ Amrapali, Secretary of MMCWS -Subhadip Bhattacharya, Mrs. Shibani Bhattacharya – President of MMCWS along with Dibakar Das, MVI, Dept. of Transport, Govt of Tripura. The diverse repertoire of genres catered to every music enthusiast ensured an unforgettable experience for more than 150 attendees.

What truly made “The Band Concert – Play for a Cause” exceptional was its commitment to giving back. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales is to be directly donated to support vital humanitarian needs for patients of MMCWS.
