The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Tuesday completed the ‘launch rehearsal’ for Chandrayaan-3 which is scheduled will be launched on July 14 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.
“Chandrayaan-3 mission: The ‘Launch Rehearsal’ simulating the entire launch preparation and process lasting 24 hours has been concluded”, ISRO tweeted.
With the launch of Chandrayaan-3 on July 14, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will attempt to land on the moon once more.
Following the crash-landing of Chandrayaan-2 in September 2019 due to a software glitch, Chandrayaan-3, scheduled for launch at 2:35 PM on July 14, will be a follow-up mission.
Meanwhile, the country witnessed India’s second mission to the moon, which was launched on July 22, 2019, from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota.
