WORLD/ENTERTAINMENT: The fusion group Shakti, comprised of Shankar Mahadevan and Ustad Zakir Hussain, won Best Global Music Album at the 66th Grammy Awards in 2024 for their most recent album, “This Moment.”

Taking to X, Grammys shared the post and wrote, “Congrats Best Global Music Album winner This Moment’ Shakti. #GRAMMYs.”
