STATE : Engineers are one of the artisans of social construction. They have a major role in implementing public welfare projects of the government. Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha said this while inaugurating the blood donation camp organized by State Engineers Association at Bhagat Singh Youth Home in Agartala today. On behalf of the State Engineers Association, students who have been placed in the merit list of this year’s secondary and higher secondary examinations conducted by the Tripura Madhya Shiksha Parshad Financial assistance is provided. The Chief Minister handed over the financial assistance check to the merit list students.

The Chief Minister also said that the students are the future of the state. Along with studies, the mentality of working for the country and the state should be developed in the students. The Chief Minister said that blood donation is the greatest religion humanity teaches us. A person can save the lives of many patients by donating blood. So everyone should come forward to donate blood.

Inaugurating the program, the Chief Minister said that engineers can also solve the problems of common people More and more innovative thinking needs to be applied. The present government of the state is constantly working for the welfare of the people through new and innovative projects. Role in the development of the state Appreciating the State Engineers Association’s initiative of organizing blood donation camp and providing financial assistance to meritorious students, the Chief Minister said that to solve the problems of the people of the state, an initiative has been taken to take the ‘Mukhya Mantri Samipeshu’ program closer to the people of the society. Very soon the initiative of ‘Mukhyamantri Samipeshu’ program has been taken up with the citizens of each district through video conference.
