Delegates from G20 countries arrived in Agartala on Sunday from Delhi the day before to attend the two-day G20 Science summit on the theme “Clean Energy for a Greener Future.”

The delegations were welcomed at the MBB Airport to the rhythm of the state’s traditional dances and music.

On the same day as per the schedule, the delegations visited Albert Ekka Memorial, where the team planted saplings over there. Later, the delegates visited Kumaritila park for a light and sound show.

The Science20 summit will begin on Monday in the indoor hall of Hapania International Fair Ground and continue till Tuesday.
