STATE : In the Durga Bari Temple here in Agartala, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha participated in the Ram Puja ceremony and offered prayers on the occasion of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Lalla in Ayodhya.

Later, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha lighted up diyas at his official residence in Agartala evening.

On his official X account, Chief Minister Saha wrote, “It’s a Diwali-like moment filled with emotion. Celebrated the return of Lord Ram at Ayodhya by lightning Diyas at my official residence in Agartala. May the light of Diyas illuminate everyone’s life with joy and prosperity.”

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lighted Ram Jyoti after the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla.

It has also been learned that people of the Hindu community across the globe celebrated the opening of Ram Temple in Ayodhya, showcasing their unbridled enthusiasm and reverence for this historic occasion.

Devotees and guests chanted ‘Jai Sri Ram’ as the ceremony was held.

RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel, and state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were present at the ceremony.
