For setting up the Dental College in the State, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha today inspected the G+7 building of the Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGM) for the proposed Dental College.
 
Chief Minister Saha reviewed all the infrastructural development of the G+7 building of IGM Hospital for the proposed Dental College and gave necessary advice to the concerned officials.
 
Notably, after the visit to the IGM building, a high-level meeting was held in the Office of the Medical Superintendent of IGM, where the Chief Secretary, Secretary of Family Health and Welfare and Director of the Health Department were present.
 
In the meeting, Chief Minister Saha said that the initiative taken to establish a Dental College in the State should be made successful with the joint efforts of all. In this regard, the Chief Minister emphasized the speedy completion of all procedural aspects. He also directed the concerned officials to take all steps as per the guidelines of the Dental Council of India.
 
Meanwhile, the Dental College will be opened on the ground, fifth, Sixth, and Seventh floors of the G+7 building of the IGM Hospital, Agartala.
