Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a meeting today in New Delhi.

Meeting the Prime Minister in the morning, the Chief Minister congratulated him on the successful completion of the G-20 meeting under the chairmanship of India.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha also wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his birthday in advance.

On this day, in a meeting with the Prime Minister in New Delhi, the Chief Minister exchanged views on the implementation of the development program of the state and the work plan for the coming days.

Moreover, the Chief Minister informed the Prime Minister about the detailed information on the development programs implemented in the state and the plans for the future.

In the meeting, the Chief Minister also discussed the progress of Central and State Government schemes and Prime Ministerial flagship projects in the state. The Prime Minister also gave some suggestions regarding the implementation of all these projects in the state and the overall development of the state.

Additionally, in the meeting, the Chief Minister also discussed with the Prime Minister the launch of International Air Services, the movement of vehicles through the Maitri Bridge, the Agartala-Akhaura rail project, and the work of the National Highway.

Further, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha told Prime Minister Narendra Modi that a suitable environment has been created for setting up industries in the state. Now, the state has an ideal environment for investment. The State Government has taken various steps to encourage investors to set up industries.

On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed satisfaction over the recent victory in the by-elections to two assembly constituencies in Tripura.
