Being a Chief Minister of the State he holds the state’s administration strongly, but professionally he is a doctor. After becoming the CM of the state, Dr. Manik Saha was back into his role as a Doctor on Wednesday and performed an Operation on a 10-year-old boy. 

 

Chief Minister and senior dental surgeon Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha successfully performed Oral Cystic Lesion for a 10 years old child being treated at the Tripura Medical College and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Memorial Teaching Hospital in Hapania on Wednesday morning. Paying respect to his profession and being responsible towards the public, after taking over as a Chief Minister, he performed Oral Cystic Lesion for Akshit Ghosh, a 10-year-old boy, son of Sukanta Ghosh, who is a resident of Agartala.

 

While speaking to the media after the surgery, the Chief Minister said that even after quite a period of time, the surgery was successfully performed. The child is completely healthy and fine. 

 

It is to be noted that the old colleagues and other healthcare workers were overwhelmed with the presence of the Chief Minister.
