Once again, a proud moment for Tripura. Ishita Bhattacharjee, an Agartala-born NRI residing in Bay Area California, wins the crown in “Mrs Bharat California” in the curvy category. Ishita studied at Holy Cross School in the 2004 batch in ISC.
According to Ishita Bhattacharjee, she wants to use this platform to make a positive impact on society and towards women’s empowerment.
Similarly, she welcomes any non-governmental organizations and nonprofits to cooperate and work with her.
On the other hand, Ishita expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha for maintaining women’s safety and security in her state. She also expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for bringing India back to the forefront of global development. It’s wonderful to see appreciation expressed for those who contribute to safety and progress.
Ishita’s father, Nantu Bhattacharjee is a resident of Krishnagar Road no 3. She had married Rohan Bhattacharjee, and they have a son, Ryan Bhattacharjee, who is 9.5 years old.
