Discourse about living a life of nine lives… A couple was shocked to find that their cherished cat was about 804 kilometers away in Los Angeles in a recent event from Utah in the United States. As unfortunate as this seems, folks are scratching their heads over how the cat wound up thousands of kilometers away. According to accounts, the cat unintentionally crept into one of the couple’s Amazon return parcels, remained silent, and was eventually found inside the box when it arrived at the warehouse. It is how it happened.
Carrie Clark described how, on April 10, their indoor-only cat, Galena, disappeared without a trace. They spent the next week searching for her across their neighborhood, their home, and other surrounding regions with the help of friends and family. To get any news, they also posted missing posters around the community and on several social media sites.
In an email to KSL TV, Carrie said, “Galena is a huge emotional support to me and has helped me get through many health challenges over the past six years.” “It was unbearably stressful and anxious not knowing what had happened to her.”
Carrie got a text and a call when a veterinarian read Galena’s microchip on April 17. Carrie remarked, “At first, I didn’t believe her and thought it was a prank.”
“We broke down when we realized that Galena must have jumped into an oversized box that we had shipped out the previous Wednesday,” I said to my husband as I hurried to inform him that she had been found. The steel-toed work boots were within the “try before you buy” box.
It has been reported that the pet cat went six days without food or drink. Galena was saved by Brandy, an Amazon employee. “I got to talk to Brandy on the phone after speaking with the veterinarian!” Carrie revealed. “When she realized how much we loved Galena and how desperately we were searching for her, she was so relieved.”
The following day, Carrie and her spouse took a plane to Galena and enjoyed a wonderful reunion.
