The State Government requested the Central Ministry to create a salary structure by assembling a delegation, the Health Secretary added, keeping in mind the sincere contributions of the contracted doctors and employees in the medical field.
A delegation from the Union Ministry’s NHSRC came to the state to draft the pay structure in response to this request. Later, this pay structure’s implementation was accepted by the State Government.
On the other hand, the delegation examined the significance of the doctors’ and other employees’ work experience in the job field and job scope criteria. As a result, it was agreed to raise the employees’ pay rate.
