STATE: The 35th Tripura Industry and Commerce Fair in the state will commence on January 29, 2025, at the Hapania International Fair Ground. The 15-day fair will continue till February 12, 2025. This decision was taken in the first preparatory meeting of the 35th Tripura Industry and Commerce Fair held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Industry and Commerce Minister Santana Chakma.

In the meeting, Industry and Commerce Minister Santana Chakma sought everyone’s cooperation to make the 35th Industry and Commerce Fair a success. Along with bringing innovation to the fair, he emphasized making the fair more attractive for everyone. In the meeting, Director of Industry and Commerce Department Vishwasree B informed in detail about the pre-preparations and measures taken by the department to make the 35th Tripura Industry and Commerce Fair a success.

The director said that special importance will be given to the service sector, especially information and technology, tourism, hospitality, logistics, etc., in the fair. Besides, the rubber and bamboo fields of the state will also be highlighted in the fair. The fair will also have a food court and theme pavilion. Besides, cultural events will also be organized under the management of the Information and Culture Department.
